Job tracking
See every job, from sent to paid.
Every quote sits on one board with its status, so nothing gets lost in a text thread or a notebook in the truck. Quotes still waiting on a signature get flagged for a call back.
Your jobs
Example
Birch Ave. fence
Maple Dr. deck
Oak Ct. roof patch
Alder St. kitchen
#1047 was sent 4 days ago and isn't signed yet.
Nothing slips through the cracks.
One place for every quote
Drafts, sent quotes, signed jobs and invoices all sit on the same board. No digging through texts to find what you quoted.
Five plain statuses
Draft, Sent, Signed, Invoiced and Paid. A quote shows as Signed the moment your client signs it.
Who needs a nudge
Quotes sent more than 3 days ago without a signature get a Follow up today tag, so you know who to call.
Quote #1042
Alder St. kitchen backsplash
- DraftMon 8:40 am
- SentMon 9:05 am
- SignedMon 2:14 pm
- InvoicedFri 4:30 pm

How a quote moves across the board.
Step 1: Send the quote
Build it and send it by link. It goes on your board as Sent, with the date you sent it.
Step 2: Watch it move
It moves to Signed when your client signs, then to Invoiced when you turn it into an invoice, then to Paid.
Step 3: Call the stragglers
Anything sent more than 3 days ago and still unsigned gets tagged Follow up today. Pick up the phone.
Example
Your call-back list for Monday morning.
Three quotes went out last week and nobody has signed. That's $5,920 of work waiting on a phone call, and the list tells you who to ring first.
